I provide dedicated support tailored entirely to your personal circumstances, whether you are looking for adult counselling, support for a young person aged 11 to 18 or couples therapy. Regular 50-minute sessions provide a consistent and reliable space where you can feel safe to explore and process whatever is happening in your life.

Beginning Your Journey
Starting therapy is a personal decision and finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with is incredibly important. To ensure that I am the right person to support you, our work together begins with a gentle, structured introduction.
I offer a free 20-minute initial chat over the phone. This is a relaxed, no-obligation opportunity for us to talk through what is bringing you to therapy, answer any practical questions you might have and see if we feel comfortable working together.
Face-to-face appointments are held in my private room in Leigh-on-sea, which is easily accessible for clients travelling from Southend-on-Sea, Benfleet and Rayleigh. If you require more flexibility, sessions can also be held online via Zoom or Teams, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home.
Practical Commitments
A successful therapeutic relationship relies on clear boundaries, consistency and mutual respect. This helps keep our focus entirely on your emotional growth and healing.
Payments and Cancellations
To keep the practical side of therapy straightforward, payment for each 50-minute session is required 24 hours in advance. I understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the session time to be offered to someone else who may need it.
